Close to the village of Skotina and the well-kept Erkiades holiday home complex is the Olympus Paradise estate, which was only built in summer 2022. At the foothills of the mighty Mount Olympus, in a rural, green environment, there is a row of 6 comfortable holiday homes, each with its own pool. A large garden with lawn surrounds each individual house. Covered terraces with the corresponding furniture provide the necessary shade, depending on the time of day, and the sun loungers by the pool invite you to linger. The location of the well-kept Olympus Paradise estate offers its guests numerous excursion and hiking opportunities in addition to the many beaches in the region.

The two-storey, comfortable Olympus Paradise 5, situated in the middle between holiday homes 4 and 6, with its own pool, is tastefully furnished in a modern, friendly and bright style and promises its guests a pleasant stay in a well-kept atmosphere. It has its own ground-level access and driveway to the holiday home. On the ground floor you will find the living room with open kitchen corner. Adjacent to the living room are the bedroom and the bathroom. From all rooms there is a direct exit to the surrounding covered terrace, the garden and the pool. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has its own balcony. The other bedroom has a sloping roof with a room height of 1.80 to 2.25m.

The approx. 28 sqm large freshwater pool (7 x 4 m, depth: 1.50 m, not heated, in operation from 1.05.-15.11.) offers great swimming fun for young and old. 4 sun loungers and 1 parasol invite you to relax by the pool.

The covered BBQ area, equipped with a sink, charcoal grill and seating set, offers the best conditions for family evenings together.
