The powder bathroom and master bathroom have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Situated in the lively and well-connected community of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), this neighbourhood offers a fantastic blend of convenience and lifestyle. With easy access to both Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, residents can reach key areas like Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina within 20–25 minutes by car.

Daily essentials are within easy reach — a pharmacy and convenience stores are nearby, along with salons and laundry services within walking distance. For a more extensive shopping experience, Circle Mall is just a five to ten-minute drive away and offers a range of retail outlets, dining options, and entertainment facilities. Supermarkets like Spinneys and Choithrams are also close by, ensuring all grocery needs are well catered for.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
