The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a dining table for four. The bathroom offers a spacious, walk-in shower and a toilet. Communal amenities include a swimming pool (15m x 8m, 1.2m deep) available exclusively for guests and owners, and laundry facilities (washing machines and dryers) on floors 1 to 4 for communal use. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
