I invite you to enjoy a unique experience in this modern, fully renovated apartment, located just one block from the World Trade Center (WTC). This space was designed with your comfort and style in mind, making it ideal for groups of up to 8 people. You’re just a few steps away from the WTC, with quick access to areas like Polanco, Reforma, and Santa Fe. Plus, public transportation, restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers are just minutes away.

• It’s a modern and functional space: It features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half-bathroom, cozy living-dining room, and large balconies—perfect for enjoying the city’s vibrant views.

If you’re looking for comfort, style, and a prime location, this is the perfect place for you. Whether you’re here for business, sightseeing, or simply to relax, you’ll find everything you need to make your trip an unforgettable experience.

Guest Access:

THE CHECK-IN TIME IS NO LATER THAN 6 P.M



We love Mexico, and we want you to fall in love with it too. Check-in and check-out are automated, so we’ll send you the instructions before you arrive.



Other Things to Note:

•⁠ ⁠Once a reservation is made, you cannot reduce the number of guests or nights. Nor can you change the dates.



•⁠ ⁠In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend that you check the weather forecast and pack clothes that are best suited to the weather :).



•⁠ ⁠Mexico City has experienced water shortages in the area. Given the possibility of service disruptions, we will remain vigilant at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat.



Please note that towels that are permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you’ll find towels marked with the word “makeup” that you can use freely for removing makeup or for products that may stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a hold for a security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there is no damage or breach of the terms of your stay.



The process is secure and is conducted through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

We want you to fall in love with Mexico City just as much as we have. This vibrant city, brimming with culture, cuisine, and life, has a certain magic that will captivate you. We’ll be available to assist you via the app or messaging from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. to answer any questions, offer local recommendations, or share tips on how to explore the city like a true local. Plus, in case of an emergency, you can call us at any time.
