VILLA ‘CLOUD 9’ is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Plai Laem Soi 7, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island.

VILLA 'CLOUD 9' is close to four beaches, the nearest beach is Samrong Bay Beach (or Secret Beach), only 150 meter from the villa. Tongson Bay Beach (or Melati Beach) is only a 6 minutes walk from the villa.

The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and the neighboring islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and is located next to the famous Sixth Senses Luxury Resort.

2-storey, 280 square meters villa is beautifully designed and decorated in a contemporary beach style. It has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus an extra bathroom with shower on the ground floor. It offers a relaxed and comfortable stay with all the amenities - it is the perfect get away for those looking to relax and unwind in a stylish environment.

The ground floor is spacious and includes the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped and can comfortably seat up to seven people at the kitchen table. Small kitchen appliances like: filter coffee machine, Italian espresso machine, mixer, blender, toaster, kettle, rice cooker are all available. Furthermore a drinking water faucet is available, which is providing filtered drinking water, you will not need to buy drinking water.

Through the large sliding glass doors from the living room, there’s a patio area with a dining table, a seating area and a beautiful salt water pool where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views and sunsets.

In the lounge is a large wall mounted 75" Samsung Smart TV features an IPTV solution which offers full UK and US package and other country packages, with over 1000 Channels in English, French, German, Russian, Thai and many more - hundreds of sport, movie and music channels. In addition a full range of the latest Movies, Documentaries, TV shows are available using on demand service for free and updates daily. IPTV offers more than 3,000 Movies (every week new movies are added); 500 Documentaries; 350 TV Shows; 150 Radio Channels.

Villa ‘CLOUD 9’ offers a fast and reliable wireless fiber internet connection indoor and outdoor via a local 3BB telecom provider. The villa has it’s own enterprise grade leased-line fiber optic connection, it's a perfect solution if you are working from here.

Everything has been designed to make your stay easy and relaxing.

On the upper floor there are three en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms have king size, double beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a "tropical rain” shower. The master bedroom has views of the coastline that few villas can match and enjoys a large balcony with 'Bali style' bathtub and a seating area.

The villa is in a community with 24 hour security and services like: cleaning, garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance are included into the rental price.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and HOUSE RULES:
- Garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance are included into the rental fee
- Housekeeping are included into the rental fee.
- Guest airport pick-up - one car only - (but not the airport transfer) included in the rental price.
- Guests can request Thai cooking, Thai Massages, Baby sitter services and daily cleaning. If you require any of these additional services, we’ll organize it for you. You will need to pay these directly to the service provider.
- All linen and towels are provided.
- Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 10 baht kilowatt/hr. This is common practice in Thailand. Please respect the environment, do not leave lights and air-conditioning on needlessly.
- No SMOKING INDOOR, please! Smoking is allowed only outdoor in the patio/garden areas. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF FOUND SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA!
- No loud music or partying after 10 PM indoor and outdoor, please. Please be respectful of neighbors, some whom live here full time.
- We are charging a REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT (15,000 THB or 400 EUR or 450 USD) to avoid any damages. The security deposit has to be handed over at check in to the Villa Manager, please.
