A long balcony flanks the front and side elevation, with access from the kitchen, living room and bedroom with views out towards the mountains.



The apartment is a reasonable size, and has a separate bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.



The open plan living space has a built-in dining corning. The kitchen is off to one side so although not separate, it is not directly within the living space.
