The Aloki Complex consists of four independent homes, each designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. In total, the property can host up to 20 guests, making it ideal for larger families, groups of friends, retreats, or special gatherings.

Each home features:

1 full bathroom

Air conditioning in the bedrooms

A small but fully equipped kitchen

Comfortable and functional living spaces

The layout allows your group to share experiences while still enjoying privacy and personal space in separate houses.

Located just 500 meters (a short walk) from Playa Chiquita, you’ll be close to one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. Restaurants, nature, and local experiences are all within easy reach.

Aloki offers the perfect balance between togetherness and independence in a relaxed tropical setting.
House Rules – Aloki Complex

Check-in from 2:00 PM (remote assistance until 6:00 PM).

Respect the residential neighborhood. Quiet hours: 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM.

No parties or events without prior written approval.

No additional guests beyond those listed in the reservation.

Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.

Please lock the house when leaving and turn off lights, a/c`s, fans, stove, and grill when not in use.

No damage or alterations to the property. Guests are responsible for any damages.

Keys must remain in the lockbox when not in use. Lost keys incur a $200 USD fee.

No urinating in the garden.

Pets only with prior written approval (additional rules and fees apply).

No narcotics or illegal substances allowed. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
