Fava's Villa on the Rocks Located in the Professors' Settlement of Aristotle University (A.U.Th.) in Vourvourou, Sithonia, Halkidiki, and set inside a pine-filled estate, this charming villa spans two self-contained levels and includes its own private garden. Each level is independent and can be booked separately, or together for larger groups wishing to enjoy the entire estate.

The outdoor area is completely natural, surrounded by pines, olive and apple trees, prickly pears and native shrubs growing on naturally rocky terrain.

The villa consists of two independent floors — ground floor and first floor — and offers private direct access to Fava Beach via a secluded path, parking space, and plenty of places where you can enjoy the peace and serenity of both sea and mountain.

Fava Beach is one of those secret spots you want to keep to yourself: immaculate, crystal-clear waters, golden sand and quiet. No sunbeds, no beach bars, no loud music. Just sea, rocks and a gentle surf.

Fava's Villa on the Rocks sits right above the beach, offering private direct access to Fava Beach via a secluded path that leads you to the shore in roughly 30 seconds. From the veranda your eyes drift over the blue of the Aegean. Please note that due to the villa's unique location on a rocky elevation, the path includes some natural stone steps and may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility. The house provides calm and privacy — the perfect retreat for relaxing away from the crowds.
