• Zero tolerance for noise complaints (inside and outside the unit)
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM

If we receive any noise complaint, your stay may be immediately terminated without refund

OCCUPANCY RULES
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Only confirmed guests on the reservation may enter the property

Violation may result in immediate removal

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Late checkout: $25/hour (subject to availability)

Unauthorized late checkout will be charged accordingly

• Lost key fob: $200 replacement fee
• Smoking / odor remediation: $500+
• Unauthorized guests / parties: Immediate cancellation + penalties

The space was exactly as described online and very clean. I would have enjoyed the space a lot more if the property owners were a lot more available and communicative. I messaged them 4 days before because I had an issue with my reservation, no response. The day of I messaged them to ask about the parking, no response. I was having trouble with the WiFi, at this point I didn’t even bother messaging. There was absolutely no communication from them, it was annoying and frustrating. This is a wonderful place if everything goes smoothly, if you were to need to property owner for anything, good luck.

We came into town for the Indianapolis, 500 qualifying and found this place and decided to book it because of the parking that they said was available. A few days before arriving, we were told that there was no parking available in the parking garage like the listing says there is. It says nothing about having to reserve ahead of time or pre-booking it. We were pretty upset because that’s the reason that we booked this place.Then they sent us check-in instructions stating once again that there was indoor parking available so after messaging them, once again, there was no indoor parking available even though, once again, it says it was available. “There’s tons of street parking, it’s safe and everyone parks on the street”. Yes, everyone parks on the street so there’s nowhere on the street to even park. We drove around for a while and finally someone left so luckily we found a parking spot, on the street, which was not part of the whole reason to book there.On a positive note that the place was nice. Unfortunately, the whole parking situation and the lack of communication ahead of time on that particular aspect left a bit of a sour note.

Beautiful, clean apartment! But please sort out the check-in process. It took us over 40 mins to get in the door. PLEASE simplify the lock system you use (and yes, we have used combination locks before). We did the same thing with the lock approximately 15 times, then when we were beyond exasperated, happened to open on the 16th try. Then, couldn’t get the parking gate to open with the fob provided. We had to ask a resident how to use it. Still didn’t work-turns out another guest staying with the same host as us had the very same issues we did. Not enough parking spaces for the residents, let alone added VRBO guests! We did end up parking on the street right outside, free. The other guest we were chatting with wasn’t as lucky and parked a couple of blocks away. They told each of us that it was because the previous renter had lost the parking pass. What a coincidence.. Just sort it out for your next guests, please! Our prepaid parking fee WAS refunded without a fuss, thankfully. We did not have enough time to even grab fast food before the event we had tickets for. Obviously check-in was a wreck, but overall—the unit is really great, and I would recommend this stay for the apartment itself. Super nice! Would probably stay again, now that we’re familiar.. Just make sure you’ve got some extra time booked for your check-in, parking, and in case your lockbox is a finicky PITA like ours was.

This property is in great proximity of Fountain Square and downtown Indianapolis. It has nice decor and is just like the listing states -- although the main bedroom bed is a California King (not queen) as the listing states! Plenty of kitchen items; the fridge is nice, too. Unfortunately, it is "clean" but really surface level clean. The carpet was pretty gross so don't walk barefoot and there's a lot of dust and dirt in the bathroom. We arrived as the cleaners were there, and I'm certain she does a good job but it could benefit from a better vaccuum and a good deep clean like once a month probably. Unfortunately, around 2 p.m., I realized that I hadn't received check in instructions so I sent a message via the VRBO app. We were planning on leaving at 2:15 to arrive right at check in time (3:00 p.m.) but didn't want to leave if we didn't have that info. So, I called around 2:10. The person answered with just a "hello" so I thought for certain I had the wrong number! She did let me know that I would have the check in information before 3:00 p.m., and we got it shortly after that. Checking in was pretty easy (watch the video). The fob is the only thing required so their instructions about that are outdated. The gym and other apartment amenities are available for use. We also never got the WiFi information, even though we messaged to ask. And we never received check out instructions, so we just did what we thought we should!

I originally sent this a private message to the host expressing my frustrations with our stay, due to noticing he had no reviews and not wanting the first one to be poor but to still give him feedback, however, I have not heard back and have exceeded my patience with dealing with the poor communication for this property and want to make sure other future guests are aware of issues we had with this stay. During our stay the communication was awful with this host to the point I had to call Vrbo to get check in information 2 hours prior to our check in time. We were told there was secure parking we could pay extra for and then told parking was sold out for the night once we got there. I was given multiple codes for the lock box so getting into the unit was tedious. Once in, our sheets were wrinkled, a not matching set, and wet to the point we had to strip the bed and dry them ourselves. The comforter had a wet sticky substance on it. The host did however have a new comforter shipped to our front door, which was helpful. There was also a large clump of hair on the floor. It just felt as though the unit was “cleaned” and prepared in a hurry even though we had booked weeks in advanced, but couldn’t confirm our booking until 2 hours prior due to non existent communication where 3 separate messages, days apart, were sent on my end with no response before making a call to Vrbo. I would 100% not recommend this unit to stay at.
