Other things to note
Check-in & Check-out Policy
Early Check-in: We understand you may arrive ahead of schedule! Early check-in is subject to approval and depends entirely on the unit's availability immediately prior to your arrival. Please message us on the day of your check-in to confirm.

Late Check-out: To allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the sanctuary for the next guests, late check-outs are not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in vacating the unit by the scheduled time.

Booking Requirements
Upon confirming your stay, please provide us with the following details:

Total Guest Count: Please advise us of the exact number of people in your group, including children.

Vehicle Details: For security and parking coordination within Forest Residences, please share your car's make, model, and plate number.

Occupancy & Security
Registered Guests Only: For your safety and ours, only booked guests are permitted to stay in the unit.

Strict Non-Smoking Policy
No Smoking or Vaping: To maintain the pristine condition of our "forest vibe" interiors, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit.

Penalty: Any violation of this rule will incur a penalty fee of 1,000 pesos to cover deep cleaning and deodorizing costs.
