It is comfortable and cozy Villa has 4 rooms fully equipped to meet all the needs of the traveler. It is a comfortable and safe property for up to 14 people. The Villa has a comfortable living room, dining room for groups, breakfast bar , fully equipped kitchens, 4.5 bathrooms, Gazebo area, Sauna and big Heated Pool/Jacuzzi with excellent view to the mountains.

The Villa is within the sector Los Mogotes of Villa Altagracia, a very quiet place with beautiful views and only 40 minutes away from Santo Domingo.

The property has a fully stocked kitchen with: pantry, American Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Tableware for groups, all the necessary kitchen utensils and much more.

The dining room has a table, chairs and credenza to accommodate 8 to 12 guests for their meals of the day very comfortably.

The Pool is climatized with heater so you can enjoy it at nights.

Also in the Outdoors we have activities for all Members of the family , basketball course, Pool Table , Kids Playground and much more .

The cabin is comfortable, clean with a rustic feeling but all necessary comforts.

Excellent setting for athletes who like intense training for MTB, hiking, trail running, all outdoor sports and also for people that want to relax and enjoy nature with his loved ones and family .

Note: There are Employees that take care of the property that live inside the land in a separate house .

Our team are graduates of Hospitality and Tourism Administration at a local university in Santo Domingo that has great prestige and can help organize any activity you want to do during your stay.

Will also be personally in the property for your check-in in our concierge that will provide good attentions to our guest.

The house staff can cook your meals with the ingredients purchased by you and can help you during your stay but they must be paid RD$2000 dominican pesos per day for these services. If you do not engage their services a small tip upon departure is appreciated.

The Villa is located in Los Mogotes , around 45 minutes away of Santo Domingo , with a lot of Nature in the Surroundings, very close to the Famous rivers and mountains for you to enjoy the outdoors.

The best way to get to the property is in your own vehicle , almost any vehicle can get there without any problem and don’t need a 4x4 vehicle .

Villa Yrma have Security Guards 24/7 in the property.
