• All rates are quoted in US dollars (US$) and include applicable fees.

• Fraud Prevention: To protect against credit card fraud, all payment details must match the name on the reservation. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification for payments that appear suspicious, including the submission of government-issued identification or other supporting documents. Fraudulent activity may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, the blocking of access to the property, and/or legal action. We use secure encryption methods for payment processing, and unauthorized transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided.
