As a courtesy to our guests who've booked a minimum five-day stay, we offer access to our Washer & Dryer. An additional charge of $65.00 USD will be applied for this service.

*Losing Items*
Losing the gate remote will incur a $70.00USD fee, while losing the door key and other remotes (eg. TV, light, Ac) will result in a $40.00USD fee.

*Damage Policy*
Guests will be charged for any damages or missing items.

*Important Details About Your Accommodation*
To ensure a comfortable stay, please be aware that our apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. Only guests who have been confirmed or booked are allowed to stay overnight. If you have additional guests staying between 11:59 PM and 6:00 AM, a $50 per night fee will apply.

*Do Not Open or Disconnect*
Please note that locked drawers, cupboards & doors are strictly off-limits and should not be opened under any circumstances, as this will incur additional charges. Smart devices play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the home, and disconnecting or unplugging them is not permitted and will result in extra charges.

Please note that special requests may incur additional charges. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may also involve extra fees.
