The Space:

Cabo San Lucas mornings have a particular quality - the light comes in warm and unhurried, and from your private balcony, the city's skyline is already shifting. Pour a coffee, take your time, and let the day come to you before the Marina, the waterfront, and everything Baja's southern tip has to offer pulls you in. By afternoon, when the sun sits high and the heat settles in, the rooftop pool waits at the top of the building - open-air, elevated, and exactly the right place to let the hours slow down.

 

Living and sleeping space

The bedroom is built around a king bed dressed in cotton linens, with room-darkening shades that make sleeping in genuinely easy. The split-type ductless AC system keeps things cool through even the warmest afternoons, and a TV and WiFi are on hand for evenings in. A closet with clothing storage, hangers, and an iron make longer stays feel practical and settled.

 

Kitchenette and dining

The kitchenette covers everything you need for straightforward meals and easy mornings - a drip coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and blender, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Note that oil, salt, and pepper are included among the cooking basics but are not individually stocked between stays - bring your own if you plan to cook. When you'd rather eat outside, the outdoor dining area is a relaxed spot to enjoy food and drinks in the open air.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom is practical and well-stocked, with hot water, a hair dryer, and a full set of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. After time in the sun, the outdoor shower on the property is a straightforward way to rinse off before the evening gets going.

 

Outdoor and shared amenities

The private patio or balcony offers city skyline views and a quiet place to step outside whenever you need it. Up on the roof, the outdoor pool gives you an elevated, open perspective over Cabo - a genuinely good spot to unwind at the end of the day. The shared gym in the building includes free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a workout bench, so maintaining a routine while traveling is easy. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area round out the communal spaces available to guests. There is also an outdoor shower on the property. Note that the building occasionally hosts weekend events, giving the space a lively, social atmosphere when you're in the mood for it.

 

Location

The unit sits in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas, within easy reach of shops, pharmacies, and everyday conveniences. The Marina is roughly a 15-minute walk - close enough that waterfront dining, boat excursions, and evening nightlife all feel genuinely accessible without requiring a car.

 

Getting here and practical details

Self check-in via keypad means arrival works entirely on your schedule. Free parking is available both in the building's garage and on the street. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures, and the unit is single level with no stairs - straightforward from the moment you walk in. Please note there is no smoke alarm on the property. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the first floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices
