Step into a light-filled, contemporary apartment with curated design reflecting the generous spirit of the Mother City. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite in natural light while framing uninterrupted views — whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or winding down at sunset.

Guest Access:

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! Guests will also have access to the communal gym and pool areas. We are equipped for self check in, but will also gladly meet you for check in.



The Neighborhood:

Bree street is the vibrant heart of Cape Town central, home to some of the city's most popular restaurants and first Thursdays - when the street is closed to traffic and transforms into a pedestrian-friendly festival space. You will be located at the lower end, next to Portside - Cape Town's tallest building - and the fan walk to the Greenpoint Stadium and V&A Waterfront. Some of our favourites on "gourmet boulevard" include Hemelhuijs cafe for super coffee, heavenly brunch and sweet treets; Tannin Wine Bar to taste over 400 SA wines, and Chefs Warehouse for fusion tapas by famous chef Liam Tomlin.



Getting Around:

Ubers are readily available and there is affordable public transport in the form of MyCiti buses.



Other Things to Note:

OCCUPANCY

A maximum of 4 persons will be accommodated in this apartment. Children under 6 are not allowed in this unit due to the balconies, which may pose safety risks.



BOOKING POLICY

We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.



Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.



DATA SHARING AND PROTECTION

RULES

Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.



We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.



ANIMALS

Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available to assist with any questions, concerns and issues during your stay. We will remain available on Airbnb, but are also available via mobile messaging and email.



Contact us at any time for recommendations on places to eat, shop or relax. We are locals with a passion for Cape Town's many attractions, including culinary destinations, hikes, and places of historical significance.
