Evenings invite relaxed conversations outdoors or a favorite show inside after a day of beaches and exploring nearby Bucerías.
Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to 6 guests, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1 king bed, 2 singles and 1 sofabed. Each bedroom includes bed linens, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and essentials to support restful nights. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the crib and Pack ’n play/Travel crib, along with children’s books and toys. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
Outdoor living and shared amenities
A patio or balcony and backyard offer open-air space to unwind, complete with a hammock and BBQ grill for laid-back afternoons. Within the Matiari development, you have access to a semi-olympic outdoor pool and gym, along with green trails and resort access to nearby facilities. Beach essentials, bikes, and a kayak make it easy to enjoy time along the coast or out on the water. Free parking on premises and free street parking simplify arrivals and day trips.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.
Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.
If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.
*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.
For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.
The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

PET FRIENDLY
We love welcoming your pets and having them as part of your stay. Please note that a $50 USD pet fee will be applied to your reservation to cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet. Any damages caused during the stay may incur extra charges if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space in great condition.
Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.
The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. *

-Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
