A bright, modern, 3‑bedroom 3-bathroom house with direct beach access, in-ground Jacuzzi, picturesque ocean views, large private wraparound terrace, traditional stone BBQ, full kitchen, fast Wi‑Fi with a dedicated office nook for remote working, and secure parking for up to two vehicles, this house serves as a gathering place for anything from a quiet couple's weekend to a large party with numerous guests. Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen with large picture windows make it perfect for families, friends, or a relaxed remote work getaway.

Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a queen bed for two guests and ocean views, a secondary bedroom with a queen bed for two guests and ocean views, and a tertiary bedroom with a full bed for two guests and ocean and village views. There is also a living room with a Murphy bed and pullout couch which offer room to sleep two additional guests. The downstairs sleeping area is wheelchair accessible.

There are three full bathrooms with showers, fresh linens, and basic toiletries provided. The downstairs bathroom is wheelchair accessible. There is also an outdoor rinse shower.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, terrace, and parking. Self check-in with keypad and alarm system remote control. Owners live off-site but are available by phone/text.

Located on the gorgeous Uruguayan coast in the quiet, family-friendly beach town of Las Flores. A grocery store, a pharmacy, and several restaurants and cafes are all within a 5-minute walk from the house. Just a 10-minute drive from Piriapolis, a 30-minute drive from Punta del Este, and a 1-hour drive from Montevideo. Centrally located in the heart of the Maldonado Coast, and very easy to access from all major tourist destinations.

House rules include a max occupancy of eight guests, no smoking inside, a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please rinse sand off at the outdoor shower before entering the house or Jacuzzi. A high chair and baby crib are available in the downstairs closet. A first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are available on site.
