Venez profiter de la beauté de Cape Cod dans cette toute nouvelle location. Intérieur vient de terminer, paysage pour être achevée en Avril. Soyez notre premier invité dans cette chambre 3 2 salles de bains en granit, centrale AC et le premier étage blanchisserie. Grand espace extérieur pour se divertir, porte de douche et beaucoup de parking pour vous et vos invités. This was our third time staying here and we always really enjoy our time! It’s such a perfect spot for a family trip and Neil and Paula are great hosts- they go above and beyond!

This is a beautiful property, great location, all three homes on the property are beautiful , no need to bring anything, everything you need is provided. Hosts are so friendly and helpful. A great place to stay

Great Cape stay for family of 4

19 Old Stage Rd was a great home for our annual family Cape vacation! The listing was very accurate, the owners were very communicative and helpful, and the home was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Neil and Paula's vacation rental home. House was very comfortable for our family and would definitely recommend . Hosts were very friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Best time with family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at the cutest house ever! House in great location and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here and the beach pass was a huge bonus. House was clean and centrally located to all the fun spots, restaurants and shopping. Owners were extremely kind, responsive, and live on site. Home is set back from the main road with 2 other homes on the lot. Beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella are available for use which was extremely convenient. Back yard is quiet and spacious with a grill and great outdoor shower. Perfect for a beach vacation!

Great for families

This place was exactly what appears in the listing. It is a lovely three bedroom with lots of sleeping space, a new kitchen and amenities. It is walking distance to the beach. We brought two young boys and dog. All enjoyed their stay!

Always impressed

We stayed here two years ago and decided to come back with more family this year. It’s clean and in a good location. You can walk to the beach and town or a take a quick drive to Hyannis/other beaches. We enjoyed our stay again even though the weather was a bit rainy and we made more wonderful family memories in Cape Cod.

Clean and spacious house for our family of 6 with a large dog.

Ed's home was a wonderful retreat for our family vacation! Centerville is a quiet village with proximity to area attractions (like Hyannis, and whale watching cruises). We enjoyed the General Store to explore for penny candy for the kids. The playground is shaded and across the street from the General Store. Don't forget to stop by 4 Seas for ice cream!

Nice property in Centerville

Neil was great to work with. The property was nice and clean. There were lots of things to see and do within reasonable driving distance. Some great local restaurants. It was fun to ride our bikes down for ice cream or to the beach. It was a relaxing week in Cape Cod.

We had a good time staying in this rental property

Our family had a wonderful time visiting Cape Cod. We stayed at this clean rental property for 3 nights. On the day of checking out, the family wanted to go the beach one more to do swimming. I then contacted the host about the possibility of extending our hour of checking out to the afternoon. I got immediate response that we could. This extension added much more fun to our trip - everyone went to swimming in the ocean, which we could not do in the past three days due to our plan for other activities. If we return to Cape Cod, we will consider staying here again.

Cozy, comfy, beautifully maintained property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this super clean, super comfortable home. The owners are very kind and were attentive to our needs. We didn't need much really though as the home had everything. If you're considering this property, look no further! It's very convenient to everywhere you may want to visit in Cape Cod. Thank you again for a wonderful experience Neil and Paula.

Lovely house and lovely hosts!

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this lovely property for a week. The house itself is well-furnished, sizable, as advertised, and well-located. It was also spotlessly clean. Neil and Paula were kind, responsive, helpful hosts. When we had a minor issue, they responded immediately and fixed it within a day. We would definitely stay here again, and we certainly hope to! The beach pass was a real plus, too!

Loved Staying Here

The description of the house was exactly as it was written. We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. We found the house clean and well stocked. The house is located right down the street from Craigville Beach and Four Seas Ice Cream. The backyard is fenced in which was great for our dog. This was the first time she came on vacation with us! Upon our arrival the internet in the house was not working. I sent the owner an email and within a couple of hours the owner had the problem solved. Everyone enjoyed having the outdoor shower. It is a short drive to Main Street Hyannis. That is where we went most nights for dinner. The only issue we found was the outdoor grill. We couldn't get it to stay lit. I would recommend this house to anyone and would consider renting here are.

Great location!

The location is great and the space and accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. We walked to the general store, enjoyed a couple amazing sunsets at Dowses beach, and frequented AMIE bakery. Can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable stay in nice neighborhood

Perfect family setting for Cape vacation!

We loved our stay at Paula and Neil’s cape house…super clean and modern with all the necessary furnishings. The location is perfect being only a few minutes from Craigville Beach and Four Seas Ice Cream, and just 10-15 minutes from Main Street in Hyannis. Our hosts were very attentive to any needs we had (not many!). Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and our daughters and their friends made lots of use of the wifi and ROKU. We’ll definitely be back in the future. Thanks so much Paula and Neil!

Neil and Paula purchased this property in April 2021 when they decided to move from their home in metro-west Boston to the Cape. Their goal is to continue the high standards that were set in place by the previous owner and, if possible, make them even better! We aim to always be available for any of our clients needs and questions and we want everybody to leave having had a relaxing vacation and ready to return year after year!

This property is situated in beautiful Centerville which is a quintessential Cape Cod village. In close proximity to beautiful Craigville Beach plus all the amenities of Hyannis very close by. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Stop and Shop and the wonderful Lamberts Rainbow Fruit are just a few minutes drive away so, there is always good food to be had if you don't feel like going out to eat in one of the many restaurants.
