Interior
Villa Azahar is a 178 m² residence that reflects an architectural philosophy of elegance and minimalism, offering a peaceful sanctuary with all modern luxuries. Built with sustainability in mind, it features energy-efficient systems and eco-conscious design elements, respecting both nature and guests’ well-being.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan layout that includes a chic living area, fully equipped kitchen, a WC, and a convenient laundry room. The living room features a 52’’ Smart TV with satellite channels and a portable Bluetooth speaker, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music while relaxing on the stylish sofas. The kitchen is equipped with top-quality appliances and all necessary utensils for a seamless self-catered experience.

First Floor
The upper-level hosts three en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped with luxurious linens, high-quality double beds (1.60 x 2.00), and Culti-brand amenities. All rooms include 32” Smart TVs, blackout curtains and insect screens, air conditioning, and personal safe boxes, ensuring restful sleep and full comfort. Two of the bedrooms also offer private balconies with lovely views of the surroundings.

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in the price .
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered once a week, typically on the third or fourth day, for stays of at least one week.
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day to new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and depending on availability.
✔The pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge of €70.00 per day payable in cash upon arrival(minimum 5 or 7 days).The highest temperature that the pool can reach when it is heated is 25-27 degrees Celsius, depending on the outside temperature.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present your passport
✔Note that this is a professionally run rental villa  that has been licensed by the Greek National Tourist Organization, EOT, which is required by Greek law. This license allows the property owners to legally rent their accommodation to holidaymakers so that they comply with a set of standards and specific conditions for the safety & comfort of its paying customers.
