In the living room there is a sofa that can be used as a sleeping place for one person. Additionally, guests can use a high inflatable mattress for two people.
The apartment is ideal for 2 guests, and can accommodate up to 4 guests if sleeping on the mattress is acceptable.
The private terrace/balcony with comfortable chairs is a perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening in a tropical setting.
It is a great base for visiting Dominicus Beach, exploring the surrounding area, and enjoying a peaceful tropical vacation.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, the private terrace, and all shared areas of the Garden Breeze I complex, including the beautiful swimming pools surrounded by palm trees and relaxation areas with sun loungers.

Electricity consumption is charged based on actual usage, which is a standard practice in the Dominican Republic.

Energy consumption is monitored through the official CEB operator app, based on daily meter readings.
On the day of departure (morning) guests receive a clear summary of the electricity usage.
Payment: cash in DOP or USD
Upon request, guests can also view the energy consumption in the app during their stay.
Thanks to this system, guests have full control over the costs and only pay for the electricity they actually use.

Construction in the Complex
The complex is currently undergoing expansion works.
During the day there may be occasional construction noise.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
