Fringed by the Konavle mountains in the North, bordered by the Adriatic Sea in the South, it reaches from the entry into the Bay of Kotor to the peninsula of Prevlaka in the East, and in the West, it inclines down to the cozy coves of Obod and Cavtat.

Sunny Villa is located in Cilipi, a town situated 5 km from Cavtat, and the center of Dubrovnik is 20 km away.

Dubrovnik’s best-kept secret: The Pasjaca beach in Konavle is probably one of the most mysterious beaches in the area. It’s not easily reached, but once you get there, it will blow your mind. It’s located just below the rocks. There is no music, bars or cocktails but this jewel will offer you some much-needed peace. It is a few minutes with a car from Sunny Villa.
