Siren Villas offers three private homes within a larger tropical estate in Playa Chiquita. With five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, it’s ideal for families, retreats, and group stays. Two beds can be configured as kings or four twins for flexible sleeping. Each home features a fully equipped kitchen, plus access to shared gardens and a pool. A peaceful, spacious Caribbean retreat designed for comfort, connection, and relaxed tropical living near the coast and beaches of the Caribbean.

The space
Siren Villas is made up of three separate private homes set within lush tropical gardens on a larger peaceful estate, with shared access to the swimming pool and common outdoor spaces.

Casa Lyra is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a full kitchen and private deck. Both bedrooms feature king beds that can be arranged as twins, making it ideal for families, friends, or small groups needing flexible sleeping arrangements.

Casa Luna is a peaceful one-bedroom retreat designed for couples or solo travelers. It features a king bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and a private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens and shared pool, creating a calm, private escape within the property.

Casa Nova is the social heart of the villas, offering flexible sleeping, a private bathroom, and expansive outdoor living. It features king beds that can also be arranged as twins, a large deck with lounge seating, and a generous outdoor dining area with a 10-person table, perfect for group meals, gatherings, and connection.

Together, the villas create a rare balance of privacy, shared space, tropical nature, and group flow, allowing guests to enjoy both independence and community in a serene Caribbean setting.

Guest access
Guests have access to all three private villas (Casa Lyra, Casa Luna, and Casa Nova), the shared swimming pool, tropical gardens, walkways, and all common outdoor areas within the estate. Each villa is fully private, with its own entrances, kitchens, and living spaces, while the shared areas allow the group to gather, relax, and enjoy the property together.

All areas included in this listing are exclusively available to your group for the duration of your stay. Doors and rooms are secured with individual locks for privacy and safety.

Water (Important)
There is a filtered water station with hot, room-temperature, and cold water located at the entrance of the property in the small hut next to the parking area.
Please drink filtered water only, especially if you are not accustomed to local water, to avoid stomach discomfort.

WiFi
Site-wide WiFi is available and suitable for remote work.

Quiet hours
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Siren Sanctuary is located in a close-knit residential community, and our neighbors value their peace. Music, conversations, and gatherings should remain low and indoors after this time.

Bed configuration
King beds can be configured as two twin beds.
Requests must be made prior to arrival so the room can be properly prepared.

Respect the space
Please treat the property with care, as if it were your own.
Do not move furniture between units.
Use colored towels for the pool and white towels for bathrooms only.

Nature and wildlife
You are surrounded by tropical gardens and local wildlife.
Please do not feed wild animals.
Expect insects, geckos, frogs, and other jungle companions. This is normal in the tropics and part of the natural environment.

Pool and common areas
Shared spaces are for everyone’s enjoyment.
Please clean up after use and be mindful of other guests.
Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.

Energy and water use
Costa Rica values conservation.
Please use water mindfully and turn off air conditioning, lights, and fans when not in use.
Do not leave AC running when you leave the room.

Smoking and substances
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
No smoking inside rooms.
Illegal substances are not permitted on the property.

Trash and recycling
Please separate trash and food waste.
If your trash is full, empty it into the small grey hut next to the water filter near the property entrance.
Food waste may be placed in the compost pile behind Casa Luna.

Safety and security
Lock doors and windows when leaving your unit.
Siren Sanctuary is peaceful, but common-sense awareness is encouraged.

Guests and visitors
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given.

Departure
Please turn off all lights, electrical items, and AC before leaving.
Lock all doors and return keys to the lockbox.
