Mornings unfold naturally - coffee on the patio, the quiet rustle of garden greenery, and the promise of a day spent however you choose. Whether you're resting in the hammock, heading to the beach, or simply letting the afternoon pass without a schedule, this space invites you to slow down and settle in.
Living space
The interior is designed for ease and comfort across both short breaks and extended stays. Air conditioning keeps things cool throughout the day, and room-darkening shades help create a restful atmosphere when it's time to wind down. A TV offers a relaxed evening-in option, while the private entrance, free parking on premises, and free street parking mean arrivals and departures are straightforward. Luggage drop-off is also available for guests with early arrivals or late departures.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades are all provided to keep things comfortable. A crib is available for families traveling with little ones, and the property is pet-friendly - so four-legged companions are welcome too.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for everything from quick breakfasts before a beach outing to relaxed dinners at home. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and dining table, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils for outdoor grilling. Outdoor dining options add another way to enjoy meals in the open air.
Outdoor living
The patio or balcony overlooks the garden and comes furnished with outdoor furniture, a hammock, and a BBQ grill - an easy setup for breezy mornings and unhurried evenings. Beach essentials and a kayak are on hand for time along the shore. Guests also have access to nearby resort facilities, including an outdoor pool and gym.
Everyday comfort
Wifi and a dedicated workspace give the property flexibility for remote work or longer visits. The washer and dryer, iron, essentials, and mosquito net cover the practical side of day-to-day comfort. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are in place for safety, and a laundromat is also nearby. Long-term stays are welcome, and cleaning is available during your stay.
Neighborhood
Set in the residential calm of Nuevo Vallarta, the home puts you within easy reach of beaches, golf courses, shopping, and local dining. Plaza Lago Real is close by for everyday essentials, while Banderas Bay is just a short drive away for waterfront activities and time on the coast.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.
Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.
If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.
*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.
For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.
The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

PET FRIENDLY
We love welcoming your pets and having them as part of your stay. Please note that a $50 USD pet fee will be applied to your reservation to cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet. Any damages caused during the stay may incur extra charges if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space in great condition.
Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.
Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.
The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. *

-Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
