Welcome to Apartment 53 in Building 2 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten.”

This bright and modern studio apartment for 2 people has been lovingly and completely renovated. In no time at all, you’ll reach the new promenade and the gorgeous, fine-sand Südstrand—enjoy the beach, explore, and experience the sea during the day, and in between, relax and unwind in your accommodation with a sea view!

In the entryway, you’ll find a shoe cabinet, a coat rack, and space for your suitcases and bags.
The new, brightly tiled bathroom features a particularly spacious shower with glass walls and an extra-low threshold. A towel warmer, electrical outlets, a vanity cabinet with drawers, and a lighted mirror cabinet are additional amenities this bathroom offers you during your vacation.
In the living area, a cozy two- and three-seater sofa combination with a view of the sea awaits you. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV above the spacious dining area and Wi-Fi access provide additional entertainment.

In the high-quality, bright, built-in kitchen, you’ll find plenty of storage space for groceries, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an integrated range hood, a dishwasher, and a full range of equipment for cooking and enjoying your meals.

In the sleeping area, a high-quality RUF double bed (140×200) awaits for relaxing nights during your vacation. Behind it, you’ll find plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the large 4-door closet with interior lighting.
From the south-west-facing, thoughtfully furnished balcony with a magnificent view of the entire South Beach, the promenade, and the sea, you can enjoy the sun from noon until evening.
The low-maintenance floors in the living areas are covered with allergy-friendly vinyl.

A special highlight for cyclists: A garage is available for the secure storage of your bicycles. NO PARKING SPACE FOR CARS!!!

As a central starting point on the Baltic Sea coast, Großenbrode is a real highlight for cyclists. Popular destinations like Heiligenhafen can be reached in just under half an hour—and even faster by e-bike. Alternatively, the route takes you over the striking Fehmarnsund Bridge, which offers cyclists an unforgettable panoramic view and leads directly to the island of Fehmarn.

Is your dog simply part of the family, even on vacation? He’s more than welcome in this apartment!
Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the Feldmark, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sund Bridge.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the resort are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
