This brand-new 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and feels exceptionally bright and airy thanks to its open, unobstructed views over Sacher Park. The living area opens onto a private terrace with park viewsâperfect for morning coffee or a relaxed evening after exploring the city.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking, as well as comfortable seating and a clean, modern design throughout. The bedroom features two single beds placed together (ideal as one larger sleeping setup) and they can be separated into two single beds if needed. For added peace of mind, the apartment also includes a MAMAD (safe room).
