The Space:

Welcome to our spectacular triplex in Palermo Hollywood! This is the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the cultural and gastronomic life of Buenos Aires, since it is only a few meters from the action.



The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families. In the patio you can enjoy a delicious meal on the grill, while on the terrace you can cool off in the private mini pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and also has a separate laundry room.



In addition, there are 3 single sofa beds and a cot available, which makes the house perfect for groups with small children. We have also equipped each room with air conditioning so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year.



The property is prepared according to the number of guests entering the unit.



In addition, we offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected at all times.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.

The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.



Getting Around:

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.



Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
