Check-in Process

To ensure smooth access to the resort, the following steps are required:

✔ Pre check-in is mandatory.
All guests must complete our Guest Portal pre check-in at least 24 hours before arrival.

✔ During the pre check-in, you must upload a photo ID for every guest staying in the apartment.

✔ Once the pre check-in is completed and approved, your information will be registered with the resort security.

✔ Upon arrival at the main gate of Balcones del Atlántico, simply present your name and an ID to security.

✔ You will then be directed to the reception / key delivery point.
