I was born and raised along this beautiful gem of the Oaxacan coast, a place that has always felt like paradise to me. Early in my life, I immigrated to New York City, where I spent many years growing, learning, and building new experiences. But my heart always belonged here.

Eventually, I returned home to the coast where I grew up and built what had long been a dream of mine — a luxurious yet welcoming space designed to bring people together and create unforgettable memories. This home was created with love, intention, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of this region.

I truly enjoy meeting new people, sharing stories, laughing together, and helping guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. What I love most about hosting is being able to share the place that shaped me — the warmth of our culture, the beauty of our coastline, and the peaceful rhythm of life here in Oaxaca.

This neighborhood is incredibly special to me because it’s where I grew up. These streets hold my childhood memories, my first friendships, and the feeling of home that has always stayed with me — even when I was living in New York City. When I decided to build this home, I knew it had to be here.

What I love most about this area is its perfect balance. We’re right in the heart of Puerto Escondido, just five minutes from Zicatela — surfer’s paradise — with its vibrant restaurants, cafés, and ocean energy. Yet here, you’re just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet at the end of the day. It’s a calm, residential neighborhood where you can truly relax and unwind.

There’s something beautiful about the simplicity and warmth of this community. You’ll find local shops, small delis, a pharmacy, and casual places to grab a bite nearby. It’s a place where neighbors greet each other, where life moves at a comfortable pace, and where you can experience the genuine charm and culture of Mexico.

Puerto Escondido itself is a paradise, but here you get the best of both worlds — close to everything, yet tucked away in tranquility. Whether you’re heading out to explore, surf, and dine… or staying in to enjoy a peaceful evening at home, this neighborhood makes it all easy.

What truly sets this home apart is space — real space. The property is built on two full lots (approximately 450 square meters), which is rare in Puerto Escondido. Many places offer beautiful interiors and a pool, but limited outdoor living areas. Here, outdoor living is part of the experience.
