Located on Avenida de las Américas in the Colomos Providencia neighborhood, the apartment is situated in a safe, modern area with excellent connectivity. The neighborhood is close to the Financial District and offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers. Parks and recreational areas are also just minutes away, making it an ideal setting for both business and leisure stays.



Getting Around:

Avenida de las Américas is one of the city’s main thoroughfares, making it easy to get around Guadalajara. From the apartment, guests can conveniently travel by car to different parts of the city or use ride-hailing services. Other Things to Note:

For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled to ensure optimal hygiene and comfort during your stay. The cost of the service is $550 MXN per visit, which includes towel replacement, trash removal, and general cleaning of bathrooms and floors. The day and time of the service can be coordinated in advance with our staff.
