- 20 minutes drive from Phuket International Airport

There are plenty of great local restaurants nearby – feel free to ask us for tips, we’re happy to share our favorite spots, including some great beachfront dining option :)

You will have private access to the entire apartment during your stay. Please make yourselves at home and enjoy all the amenities, with full access to the resort’s top-class facilities, including:

• Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed , just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

• If you need a late check-in after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance ; this is available by prior arrangement only.

• For stays of 7 nights or more, an extra set of fresh linen and towels is provided free of charge.

• Extra cleaning and bedding changes are available at an additional price of 1200 THB per time. Please request the service here via messages, 1-2 days prior.

• Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay.

• For Thailand Tourism compliance and your safety, we will request you to send Passport photos for all guests prior to your arrival.

• Please treat the house with care and respect, we want all guests to enjoy their time here :)

• Electricity usage is billed separately at 200 THB per day.

• A damage deposit of 10,000 THB will be requested.

There is some construction nearby during daytime hours. Most guests tell us it does not affect their stay, but we prefer to be transparent and let you know in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
