Chalet Weinberg is ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Alps. With its elevated, north facing position Chalet Weinberg enjoys all day sunshine and some of the best views over Kirchberg and the surrounding mountains. It consists of 2 large apartments with Top 2 being on the ground floor. If you are planning a holiday with a large group of family or friends consider booking both Top 2 & Top 1.



The Maierl or Fleckalmbahn gondolas are a 7min. drive from your door, the centre of Kirchberg even less.



Chalet Weinberg Top 1 consists of:



3 bedrooms all with double beds

2 bathrooms – (1x shower, WC & wash basin), (1 x bath, WC & wash basin)

open plan kitchen/living with modern appliances (incl. dishwasher), large dining area, flatscreen cable-TV and large pull-out sofa (for possible 7th person)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful chalet in Kirchberg in Tirol, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The chalet was not only beautifully designed but also impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat in the mountains. I’ve been using VRBO for over 20 years and this rental is definitely one of the nicest! The place was perfect and location was amazing. It has everything you need, comfortable beds and very clean. The WiFi was a bit sketchy at times and we unfortunately came during an unexpected rain and snow event in September, but neither of those can be attributed to the rental. The host Fraser was very responsive and helpful, check-in was easy and everything went smoothly. Thanks so much Kirchberg and I will try again for sure!!

Wieder eine tolle Unterkunft

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, der im Haus wohnende Eigentümer sehr nett. Auch die Lüftung könnte man abwischen, die Lüftung bei der Sauna mit einem Schalter anstatt dem Bewegungsmelder ausstatten, die Hitze der Saune ist nicht weg zu bekommen. Nudelsieb in der Küche -)

Schönes großes , jedoch in die Jahre gekommenes Apartment.

Wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt. Einiges könnte man besser machen, bzw. den Toaster reinigen, den BIO Kübel nach jedem Gast ausleeren und reinigen. Ansonsten ist das Apartment sehr gemütlich und für eine größere Familie ideal.

Erholsame Auszeit vom Alltag

Vorab möchte ich Fraser Burns und Team für die Freundlichkeit, den guten Ablauf und den netten telefonischen Kontakt danken. Die Lage des Chalets ist toll. Es bietet Ruhe und eine schöne Aussicht auf Kirchberg und die Berge. Lediglich durch die beiden Neubauten wurde dies nur minimal eingeschränkt. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum. Der Badesee mit Blick in die Berge, incl. Sanitäranlagen ist sehr sauber und zu empfehlen und läd zum Entspannen ein. Die Ferienwohnung Top 2 ist sauber und geräumig und durch den Garten gibt es genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, auch wenn man mit mehreren Gästen anreist. Wir haben lediglich einige Anmerkungen/Vorschläge zur Ausstattung, die wir gesondert mitteilen, die unseren Aufenthalt aber keineswegs beeinträchtigt haben. So gab es in einem der Schlafräume keinen Schrank, sondern nur ein kleines Regal. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich würde dieses Objekt wieder buchen.

Tutto stupendo è perfetto!

Tutto stupendo è perfetto. Sia il gestore che il proprietario disponibilissimi. La casa è stupenda, sauna e idromassaggio la ciliegina sulla torta. L’unica pecca è l’ubicazione: se nevica, senza catene non sali. Gli ultimi 50/100 mt sono caratterizzati da una salita alquanto ripida. Per il resto tutto perfetto!!!!ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Tolle Unterkunft für gemütliche Tage in den Kitzbühler Alpen. Toller Wellnessbereich, schöner Außenpool mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheit und eine großräumige Wohnung.👌 Die Kommunikation mit Fraser lief äußerst einfach und unkompliziert. Die Angaben der Wohnung waren zutreffend und der Check-In und Check-Out lief ohne Probleme! Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Hallo lieber Fraser, wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Dir für die zu Verfügung gestellte Wohnung deiner Location / Chalet. Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt und Kurztrip. Wir wurden Klasse empfangen und konnten ganz ohne Probleme einziehen. Kompliment an die Gastfreundlichkeit und wir haben viel erlebt und gesehen in diesen Tagen. Ich kann Dich nur empfehlen und bestimmt kommen wir gerne wieder. Es ist ein toller Ausgleich zwischen dem Arbeitsalltag und Entspannung. Kann ich nur empfehlen und dazu den schönen Wellnessbereich. Hatten schöne entspannte Abende in unserer Gruppe nach langen Tagestouren und konnten sehr viele Leute kennenlernen. Klasse! Bleib gesund und bis bald. Top Empfehlung! 👍🙂

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage in Kirchberg. Die Vorab-Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich sehr viel Platz und ist schön eingerichtet. Besonders hervor zu heben ist die überdurchschnittliche Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. Das ist wirklich Top. Wir können die Wohnung auf alle Fälle empfehlen.
