River Valley View Apartment: Tranquil Relaxation

This cozy 1 bedroom home is nestled on the river course with fruit trees and beautiful flowers surrounding the property. There are two entrance into the house- one from the front and the other from the rear private patio.

Upon entry through the front entrance you will be greeted by the cozy living room that has a 2 seater mahogany chair, the wall mounted television with Netflix - to binge watch your favorite shows, perfect for unwinding in comfort. The kitchen is adjacent with the open concept encouraging togetherness for couples in this space. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances (Fridge with a small Freezer, Gas Stove- cooking gas included, Microwave, Blender and electric kettle)and utensils (includes pots and pans, Plates, tea mugs, Glass, cutleries, Towels etc.

From the kitchen, the rear entrance is your private patio with sitting and a table that can be used for dining. The patio has a breathtaking view of the river and hilltops. This is an area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or the moonlight in the evening while enjoying the fresh air and meditating on the calming sound of the flowing river.

The spacious bathroom has enough room for a comfortable shower with unlimited hot water. This space will be equipped with shower gels, bath loafers, towels etc. The toilet is just hidden enough to keep your privacy but still in close proximity to keep things intimate. The handmade concrete face basin adds a natural touch to the area.

The bedroom has a full size bed that can sleep 2 people. There is a closet and drawers for storage to pack your clothes and suit cases neatly. One Ironing board and iron are provided. A full length mirror to ensure that all your vacation looks 'eat' before stepping out.

The area has accessible concrete road that leads to the main road. It's a very tranquil and reserve area that will give you the authentic Caribbean home vibes.
