The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable seating area (sofa bed), a TV for watching your favourite shows through multiple streaming options like Netflix, and a dining table, creating the perfect space to relax or enjoy meals together.

Step out onto the balcony, which features outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or simply unwinding in the fresh air.

The kitchenette offers modern appliances along with all the essential cookware and crockery you need to prepare your favourite meals. A washer is also available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with hotel quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep, as well as plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The bathrooms includes everything you need to refresh yourself, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. The property is located in Madinat Jumeirah Living (MJL), a prestigious and pedestrian-friendly residential community in Umm Suqeim, right next to the iconic Burj Al Arab. The neighbourhood is known for its resort-style atmosphere, modern low-rise buildings, and beautifully landscaped walkways, making it a calm yet highly desirable place to stay.

For shopping and dining, residents have direct access to Souk Madinat Jumeirah, a popular lifestyle destination featuring a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, boutique shops, and waterfront dining options. Well-known dining spots nearby include Folly, Pai Thai, Trattoria, and The Meat Co., along with many casual cafés overlooking the canals. Mall of the Emirates is also just a short drive away, offering extensive retail, dining, and entertainment options, including Ski Dubai and a cinema complex.

The area offers excellent leisure and outdoor spaces. Madinat Jumeirah Living is designed with shaded walking paths, landscaped courtyards, and open plazas. You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
