Designed with group dynamics in mind, our open-concept grand living space connects the living room, dining room and kitchen, ensuring that conversation and company are always connected, whether someone is at the kitchen prepping charcuterie or lounging on the sofa playing board games.

The fully equipped kitchen features a massive quartz central island that easily accommodates 8 people. The formal dinning area transitions into an alfresco dining, sitting 10 guests to handle a grand dinner party with ease.

The property also features other social areas, including the private pool—ideal for a refreshing swim—and a charming outdoor kitchen in a cozy corner, equipped with a pizza oven and grill. Enjoy your meals in our outdoor dinner table featuring a magnificent vaulted ceiling that showcases authentic Mexican craftsmanship.

Escape the afternoon sun in the cool embrace of our private library that features a handcrafted brick cupola. This traditional architectural dome creates an airy, cathedral-like atmosphere while keeping the room naturally cool. With classical books to explore and vintage pieces to admire, this is the perfect haven for quiet contemplation or shared storytelling. Find your perfect reading book, pour a glass of local wine, and let the world outside fade away. (This room also functions as a T.V. room with a convertible sofa bed for extra guests).

Providing a quiet retreat from the social areas, three guest rooms are located on the second level. For guests with limited mobility or those who prefer to avoid stairs, we offer a spacious ground-floor bedroom. This accessible suite is conveniently located near the main living areas, ensuring a comfortable and effortless stay. To avoid “bedroom envy” among friends all are well-appointed with comfortable beds, full bathrooms, climate control and their own balcony. Every room tells its own story, furnished with a curated blend of vintage treasures, quality craftsmanship, and original artwork/items.
