The Space:

The Moroccan Palace spans four levels, featuring two main living areas and two rooftop terraces with sweeping views.



Lower Level

The lower level includes:



-Three glamping tents

-An open floor plan with a shared sitting and relaxation area

-Large pool with sunbathing zones

-Outdoor shower

-Luxurious indoor bathroom

-Kitchen and dining area

-BBQ

-Mini washer

-Well-equipped gym

-Yoga space



The three glamping tents are located on the property and utilize the shared sitting area and kitchen on this level.



-Main Floor (Penthouse Level)

-The main floor has a private entrance to the penthouse and includes:

-World-class kitchen

-Stone and wood dining area

-Large desk and chair

-Chess table

-Expansive decks

-Stunning bathroom

-Outdoor shower

-King-size bed with panoramic views



Rooftop Levels



-Two rooftop terraces designed for enjoying sunrise and sunset views

-A top-level sky terrace offering the highest vantage point on the property



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including:



-The full 4-level palace

-Pool

-Decks and rooftops

-Three glamping tents

-Parking areas



Entry instructions will be provided after booking, along with a key code for the penthouse. Vehicles can be parked securely inside the locked gate and castle-style walls.



The Neighborhood:

The location offers a balance of convenience, adventure, and tranquillity.



-Direct access to biking and hiking trails located behind the house

-Beach access and a kiteboarding school are located down the hill

-The Hot Springs residential area is a few minutes north, featuring natural oceanfront hot springs

-Miles of beaches suitable for long walks

-Grocery store located approximately a 5-minute drive away



The neighbourhood is peaceful, with neighbouring homes spaced to support privacy while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.



Getting Around:

-Car rental is recommended for exploring nearby beaches, trails, and the town

-Airport shuttle service can be arranged

-Bike rentals are available and suitable for nearby travel and trail access

-The town is several miles away and may be difficult for some guests to walk to and from



The property includes a large private driveway and secure, gated parking within an enclosed wall.



Other Things to Note:

-The property is adult-oriented, with exceptions for minors

-Balcony edges are lower than standard, and the structure is elevated

-The environment can be dangerous for small children, elderly guests, or when consuming alcohol

-Poolside patio surfaces may become slippery when wet

-Several single-step level changes exist on the lower level



Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the layout during daylight hours to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.



Summer / hurricane season (typically July–September): During the rainy season the three outdoor tents are collapsed and stored and the outdoor sun beds are moved under cover; they return around October 1, weather permitting. The property normally has nine beds and sleeps up to 10. In the summer setup, eight beds are available indoors: one king in the penthouse, one king in the downstairs gathering area, two twins, and four doubles staged in the garage and former gym. Air conditioning is in the penthouse only.
