The Space:

The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light throughout the day, with a comfortable lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and everything you'd expect. Step onto the private balcony and let the view do the rest: sunrise over the golf course, sunset over the sea.



Every bedroom is a private retreat with its own ensuite bathroom: walk-in shower or bathtub, quality fittings, and hotel-grade amenities. Whether you're travelling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, privacy is built in.



And then there's the parking. A private underground space, included which is a genuine rarity in Ostend.

The Coastal Tram stops directly in front of the building, connecting you to every seaside town between Knokke and De Panne. Bruges is 15 minutes by train. The coast is yours to explore and the apartment is always waiting when you come back



Getting Around:

By car: your private underground parking space is included. No searching, no stress.



By train: Ostend station is nearby, with direct connections to Bruges (15 min) and beyond.



By tram: the Coastal Tram stops in front of the building, running the full length of the Belgian coast.
