We’re North Coast natives, and we love sharing the beauty of Saint Ann Parish and Runaway Bay with travelers—whether you’re coming from Kingston, Mandeville, or as far away as New York or Mumbai. It's one of our favorite parts of hosting; getting to meet people from all over and helping them discover the little local gems, from hidden beaches to the best local restaurants.

We’ve created Open Seas Villa as a space where everyone can truly relax and feel at home. Our goal is to make your stay easy, enjoyable, and full of memorable moments. Runaway Bay is a peaceful coastal community known for its natural beauty and laid-back charm. Surrounded by lush greenery and the Caribbean Sea, the area feels calm and unhurried—perfect for travelers looking to truly relax and soak in island life.

The area gets its name from the time of Spanish rule, when Africans are believed to have escaped through this region to freedom, giving the bay its powerful and meaningful name. Today, that history adds depth and character of the town.

This luxury six-bedroom villa features private ensuite bathrooms throughout, offering both comfort and privacy while maintaining a relaxed, shared atmosphere. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi, but best of all, they each boast breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea— so each morning you can wake up to the sounds of the tropical birds and the gentle trade winds.

The villa stands out for its generous scale, open layout, and subtle old-world charm, which together create a space that feels both timeless and inviting. The indoor and outdoor living areas are bright, airy, and beautifully arranged—ideal for slow mornings, laid-back afternoons, and evenings spent together.
Our fully equipped kitchen and expansive dining spaces can accommodate up to 30 guests making the villa especially well suited for family gatherings, group trips, celebrations, and special occasions.
