Holiday apartments with a garden and two barbecue areas, with a view of Lake Como
The property is located in a small village on a hill, about 3.5km from Domaso.
The shared outdoor area is laid out so that holiday guests can eat and relax in peace: one terrace is for use by guests from both holiday apartments, while adjoining the terrace there is a shared garden that nevertheless provides a variety of quiet, idyllic areas as retreats. There are three tables with benches in various places around the garden. There are also two barbecues, also in different places. Every apartment has its own private parking place for free.
The house comprises two holiday apartments of very different sizes, both of which afford a beautiful view of Lake Como. The holiday apartment on the ground floor measures 30mÂČ, while that on the first floor measures 100mÂČ.
About 50 metres from the property there is a small grocery shop. Three kilometres away in Domaso there is a supermarket. A large supermarket (Ipermercato) and the âFuentesâ shopping centre are 15km away in the municipality of Colico. There is a restaurant-pizzeria 200 metres away, while in Domaso three kilometres away there are other restaurants and pizzerias with typical local dishes such as pizzocheri or fish from the lake.
In winter there is a supplementary charge for heating (see supplementary charges).
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the rustically furnished kitchen-dining room you will immediately feel at home: with a kitchenette, dining table and sofa, this room is clearly the centre of life. A large window offers a view of greenery and the pellet stove promises cosy evenings. A nice surprise awaits you in a small wardrobe that can be converted into a single bed for a third person in no time at all. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas cooker, oven and refrigerator with freezer. In the bathroom there is a small bathtub with shower. Free Wi-Fi access is also available.
On the communal terrace you will have a private area right in front of the flat, equipped with a table and two chairs. Take advantage of the direct access to the communal garden and enjoy convivial barbecue evenings overlooking the lake. Private parking is available.
