Welcome to Andaman Villa, recently built in the heart of Koh Phangan. This brand-new stylish pool villa was carefully designed to provide absolute comfort and a sense of sheer luxury while residing in jungle at the same time.
A quick 15-minute drive from the renowned Full Moon Festival, allowing you to enjoy the festivities, this tropical getaway is located near to beach bars and restaurants of Hin Kong, a prime neighborhood of the island to enjoy the most amazing sunsets & colorful nightlife.
The outdoor area:
The villa has private parking, from where you will easily access the garden through an antique wooden door sourced directly from India. The beautiful Balinese garden is fully fenced with concrete/bamboo wall and lush tropical vegetation, providing security and privacy for the guests.
The outdoor surprises with its massive terrace, a large barbecue area with outdoor dining and a pool bar, both covered with Bali style roofs so they can be enjoyed even under heavy tropical rain.
The pool:
A large 10x4 meter Bali style infinity pool surrounded by dozens of palm trees and lush tropical plants, can be seen from the main indoor space through a 7.1mt folding door, melting the indoor and outdoor space as one perfect tropical paradise.
Lounge:
The spacious main living room of the villa includes a fully equipped open plan, modern kitchen, a dining table for eight guests, and a large L-shaped sofa with a 65`` smart TV.
Bedrooms:
Two of the three big bedrooms have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom features a comfortable bunk bed, and its own TV room with a sofa bed and a 55`` smart TV. All the high-quality mattresses and cotton bedsheets have been specially selected to guarantee a superior night`s rest.
Bathroom:
All three bathrooms are equipped with tailor-made high-quality cotton towels, thick natural wooden countertops, smart toilets and have been originally decorated each in its own style. All of them have standing showers and there is also a free standing bathtub for guests to relax after a day of sightseeing.

1. Adherence to Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 12:00-14:00, and again
from 21:00-8:00. We kindly request that noise is kept to a minimum
during these periods to maintain a peaceful environment for all neighbors.
2. Smoking Prohibition: No smoking is allowed inside the villa.
3. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been given.
4. Event and Gathering Guidelines: The hosting of parties or large gatherings
is strictly prohibited within the villa. Any events or social gatherings
exceeding the agreed number of occupants must receive prior approval
from management. Unauthorized parties may result in immediate
eviction and forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Reporting of Damages or Concerns: Please report any damages or issues
to the management immediately.
6. The number of people within the villa perimeter should not exceed 20 at
any time.
