The interiors are airy and clutter-free, featuring new and tasteful furnishings that create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to the three main bedrooms—furnished with two king beds (180×200 cm) and one full bed (140×200 cm)—there is a fourth room that can be used as a bedroom or as a dedicated space for yoga or pilates. Upon request, a 140×200 cm floor bed and/or a crib can be provided for this room.

The villa features five bathrooms in total, including four full bathrooms with showers and one half bathroom, offering ample space and convenience for families and larger groups.

The fully equipped and spacious main kitchen provides a comfortable cooking experience. In addition, there are two separate kitchenettes, each equipped with a refrigerator, adding extra flexibility and convenience for longer stays.

A private sauna and gym are located on the basement floor of the villa. The home also includes two TVs—one on the entrance floor and one on the top floor—as well as a cozy hammock, where you can relax and enjoy views of the sky through a special glass opening in the roof.

Situated on a rocky hill facing the sea, the villa offers breathtaking panoramic sea views. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful at night, while lively and enjoyable during summer days. A public beach is located approximately 3 km away, and several grocery stores, a weekly local bazaar, and quality restaurants along the Silivri waterfront are nearby.

Important Information:
The villa has four floors and does not have an elevator. The basement includes the sauna, gym, and garden access. The ground floor features the kitchen and living area, while the bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. The total net living area is approximately 300 m².

The villa is equipped with air conditioning units to ensure comfort during warm weather, including a 12,000 BTU AC unit in the first bedroom and a 24,000 BTU AC unit on the top floor. Removable insect screens are installed on all windows to protect against flies and mosquitoes.

The swimming pool is shared among 21 villas within the complex and is not private. It is generally calm and mostly used by children. A maximum of three people are allowed to use the pool at the same time. The pool is closed on Mondays for regular cleaning.

The villa is approximately a 40-minute drive from Istanbul Airport. It is about one hour from Istanbul city center by car and may take up to one and a half hours during heavy traffic.

The complex is equipped with a generator and water tanks, ensuring uninterrupted utilities. It also features security personnel and is monitored by security cameras.

To maintain good relations with our neighbors, the villa is not suitable for noisy private events or parties.
