THE SPACE
The apartment offers a lovely outdoor entertainment area with a private pool which overlooks the whole of Clifton, perfectly positioned for you to enjoy the evening sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean with direct access to the famous 1st Beach and Moses Beach.

SECURITY:
There are only two units in the building offering you privacy and security, with cameras surrounding the exterior of the property, an alarm system, a security gate and private parking for your car. Two golden retriever dogs live upstairs and ensure safety for the property when a stranger approaches.

LAYOUT:
The apartment is 600 sqm (6458 sq ft). There are two floors, the entrance level of the apartment is the living area, kitchen, one bedroom, and guest toilet, entertainment area with a pool. On the lower level is the 2nd bedroom with a separate bathroom, TV lounge and main bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with doors opening onto a private deck.
