I have lived in New York State for many years and love to travel. That’s how I ended up discovering Culebra, Puerto Rico. I love nature and feel fortunate to enjoy the Catskill Mountains near Woodstock NY while I’m in New York where I host as well .In the winter I take peaceful getaways in Culebra with its amazing natural charm. Crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and coconut trees make it ideal for snorkeling, while beautiful hiking spots like Resaca are quiet and relaxing.

As someone who enjoys traveling and has been warmly hosted by many wonderful people, I wanted to offer the same to fellow travelers. I decided to create a clean, safe, and relaxing place to stay where visitors can enjoy nature, unwind, and experience the beauty of the world—just as I have in both the Catskills and Culebra.
I find it very satisfying to provide a safe and clean space for fellow travelers on vacation, visiting family, friends, weddings etc. I enjoy meeting people from all different parts of the world. Through my professional work as a Physical Therapist I know we all needs a break to rejuvenate and reset once in a while and I strive to provide comfortable spaces for everyone who I host so that they can enjoy and relax during their stay while vacationing.
I love to walk on the beach and listen to crushing waves and Culebra offers that with its many stunning beaches. One of my favorite foods is fresh fish which Culebra offers fresh caught fish by local fishermen at the fish market.

I have chosen this neighborhood due to a number of great reasons, this neighborhood is a very safe and clean placey with safe free street parking right outside my house for my guests to park their cars and golfcarts safely at no cost.
This neighborhood is very central to many places on the island, 1,5miles from the ferry dock, less than a mile from the only airport, walking distance to D’s garden 6mins walk where you can get fresh coffee, fruits, vegetables, sandwiches and smoothies .
A stone throw to Culebra coffee/breakfast place Black Flamenco,even though we provide coffee as well. About a mile into town and gym .One of the world’s most renounced Flamenco beach is 7mins drive .At my house out on the porch you have a beautiful view of the bay with sail boats and can catch sunrise to the left and sunset to the right . To get to the water tank for sunsets is 10mins drive which is spectacular sunset views. To get to Zoni beach for Sunrise it’s 15mins drive. All the restaurants and town are less than 1.7miles not to mention Suzie’s restaurant and Tres are 10mins walk from my house.Neighbors are very friendly and always a nice breeze when on the porch from the bay. I must mention that the whole island no matter what neighborhood you are in there is plenty of chicken, sometimes cat or a dog but still safe neighborhood.My neighborhood is central to all of he natural beautiful beaches in Culebra.
lebra offers easy transportation rentals either a Jeep,or golfcart to explore the island easily.It offers lots of water sports like swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, paddle boarding,surfing, fishing and sailing to some remote islands with local companies for the day like going to Culebrita or Lois Peña.Scuba diving with Culebra divers company and see the beautiful coral and ocean life . So much is offered in this island and lots of restaurants with local and international foods.Pack your bags and come and enjoy staying with us while exploring this beautiful island.

My property’s scenic view of the water and hills across from it and sail boats at times makes it stand out in my neighborhood.It is a solid concrete cement house with beautiful tiles from steps on stairway and through out the house.It has lots of windows and natural light when windows are open . Beautiful decorations inside and outdoor furniture and a grill for barbecue at the backyard with outdoor furniture which many places don’t offer .If one walks to the back of the house on the uphill side one can see the island of Vieques and ocean view insight such a beautiful and tranquil view.
Besides its island color ,the house is hurricane safe and has hurricane proof windows and has provided safety to other people in bad weather because it’s not a wooden house.
The house provides high speed internet, hotwater showers and very spacious and clean living space . It can accommodate up to 6people very comfortably, provides air conditioners in each bedroom and ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms also.
The house has stairs to get into the house but once you are in everything is on one level .Having 2 full bathrooms is always a plus . The house comes with all the amenities one can think of from a blender, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, stove, all utensils and cooking equipment, paper towels, dish towels, dish detergent, coffee maker,coffee and creamer,cold britter safe water to drink .A hammock is right outside on the front porch to relax in while feeling the nice bay breeze with an amazing view out front .We offer a limited selection of snorkeling gear , we provide coolers and beach/camping chairs and beach towels.

Another very unique and helpful feature we offer appreciated by many guests is an early arrival drop off storage space or late pick up bags after check out . Guests can go to the beach and leave their bags in our storage space after check out and come back rinse feet and to the ferry and this has to be communicated with host and make these arrangements .
