The private balcony is accessed from the living room, offering a lovely spot to watch the world go by and relax outdoors.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for six, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends.
The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed featuring a top-of-the-range mattress and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a deep and restful sleep. The vanity table and built-in wardrobes offer ample space to accommodate the largest clothing collections, and the elegantly decorated space creates a stunning ambience.
There are two bathrooms, one for the guest and one for the main area, both equipped with all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and although this apartment is in a well-established community, with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guestâs passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
