This elegant open-plan living space seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room features chic décor, a comfortable sofa, and a large smart TV. The private balcony is accessed from the living room, offering a lovely spot to watch the world go by and relax outdoors.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for six, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends.

The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed featuring a top-of-the-range mattress and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a deep and restful sleep. The vanity table and built-in wardrobes offer ample space to accommodate the largest clothing collections, and the elegantly decorated space creates a stunning ambience.

There are two bathrooms, one for the guest and one for the main area, both equipped with all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and although this apartment is in a well-established community, with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. Waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants allow late night walk or stroll alongside the lake that the Jumeirah Lake Towers overlook. Community retail stores cater to the basic needs of the inhabitants even available at close quarters. Squares and gardens between the clusters create huge and ease connectivity between the large districts of the community.

The inhabitants within JLT benefit from having a wide range of facilities within reach, such as quiet community areas, cafe terraces, shaded walkways and benches. In addition, pavements fountains, lake fountains, gardens near avenues, groves of trees, desert gardens and bespoke sculptural features are also part of the sights.

JLT caters to the basic needs of residents with grocery stores, laundromats, cafes, and retail outlets. Besides these, some major shopping hubs can be found in the nearby areas. These shopping paradises assist in all the needs of the residents and visitors of JLT such as shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Dubai Marina, JBR and access to the Dubai Tram is via the metro station and the walk bridge across ShSheikh Zayed Road, a very pleasant evening walk.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. With a metro station 2 minutes’ walk away, Uber and the local version called Careem, plus Taxis are always available in front of the building.

Sobha Realty Metro (Red Line) station is just a 2 min walk.
DXB Airport is 25 mins away.
Dubai Frame is 25 mins away
Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
