With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this house has space to accommodate up to 11 people. In addition, it has a beautiful patio with a grill to enjoy an Argentine barbecue with family or friends. And for those looking to cool off, the terrace has a mini pool to enjoy sunny days.



The house also has a double height living room with 3 sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room and a separate laundry room to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And for those who need to stay connected, we offer high-speed internet so you can stay in touch with loved ones or work from home.



In addition, our location in the center of the gastronomic and nightlife center of Palermo Hollywood allows you to enjoy a wide variety of options to eat, drink or go out at night. And if you are looking for something special, do not hesitate to contact us to coordinate a barbecue on our grill.

Guest Access:

We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
