- Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop.
- There is a $300-pesos fee to use the rooftop grill.
- There is ongoing construction on the ground floor of this building, which may cause moderate noise during working hours.

Visitor's policy: Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Visitors will have access to the condominium and pool, but not to the gym or other common areas.
