The Space:

Hacienda de Playa features spacious interiors and elegant furnishings, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. With daily maid service and concierge assistance, your every need will be taken care of during your stay. Ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids, we have and extra small room with 1 double bunk bed perfect for 2 small children.

Master 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom and jetted tub

Master 2: King bed with ensuite bathroom and tub

Bedroom 3: 2 Double beds with ensuite bathroom

Bunk Bedroom 4: 1 Bunk bed (two single beds) ideal for small children (not suitable for adults)

Guests of Hacienda de Playa enjoy exclusive access to the beautiful beach clubs and amenities of Punta Mita, including two private Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a gym. Plus, a 6-seater golf cart is included in the rate for easy transportation around the place.

With a 6-seater golf cart included in the rate, getting around Punta Mita is a breeze. Explore the resort at your leisure, from the pristine beaches to the world-class golf courses, all just moments away from your doorstep.

A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.



Guests can enjoy access to: Golf Course, Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Surf Beach Club, Bahia Beach Club, Tennis, Pickleball, and Gym, all situated within Punta Mita for an additional fee.

Among the amenities of the property, guests have access to:

1 individual Malibu kayak

1 Malibu XL kayak for two people

2 electric bicycles



Cancellation Policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund.

Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.

House rules:

Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out.

Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity.

Notify immediately about any damage or incident on the property.

After 22hrs, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level.

Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.



No pets allowed.
