As a guest of Surf Residences 212, you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community. Use of these amenities is subject to a daily resort fee, applicable throughout the duration of your stay.

Getting Around:

Getting to Surf Residence 211 is simple, with the Puerto Vallarta airport just a 50-minute drive away. Taxis and Uber are readily available. Golf carts are a popular and convenient way to explore Punta Mita, offering easy access to the beach clubs, golf courses, and nearby town.

A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

*This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests.
