Guests have full access to the entire rental unit, including all amenities such as the pool, parking spaces within the gated community, and shared outdoor spaces. The smart lock system allows stress-free self-check-in, ensuring a hassle-free entry to your apartment. All registered guests over 18 must provide a digital copy of a valid government issued passport.

By booking this property, you agree to pay for electricity consumption after check-out.
Payment will be requested via the app to make sure everything is documented properly for both guests and hosts.

We'll take a meter reading upon check-in and then upon check-out. The readings can also be checked throughout your stay. You are only charged for electricity from the moment you check-in, to the moment you leave the property for the final time rounded to nearest 15 minutes.

For reference, guests usually pay from $3-$10 USD per day. This will vary depending on your consumption. We've A/C inverter to maximize comfort and savings for our guests. Turn off air conditioners and water heating(boiler) when you leave.
