Minutes from the center of everything Lawrence has to offer, but tucked away in a quiet and secluded haven on 10 acres. Unique and gorgeous four-season room with tons of natural light lets the outdoors in, with all the comforts of temperature control thanks to a dedicated mini-split (a/c and heat). Spacious home with 3 levels centered around a 2-story stone fireplace and huge windows letting in so much light. 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room, 2 kitchens, a game room, wrap around deck and patio.
A 4% non-refundable credit card processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card. This fee covers the cost of third-party transaction processing.

We are thrilled to host you. We have put a lot of love into creating a luxurious and relaxing space for your getaway. To ensure the home stays pristine for you and future guests, we ask that you treat it with the same care you would your own.
Here are a few essential guidelines to keep things running smoothly during your stay:
1. A Fresh Air Environment
To maintain a fresh and clean experience for everyone, please keep our home completely smoke-free. This applies inside the house and outdoors on the wooded acreage.
2. Fire Features
Feel free to get cozy using the enclosed gas fireplace in the primary bedroom! Please note that the rustic wood stoves are purely decorative and should not be lit.
3. Caring for the Septic System (Crucial!)
Our home is on a sensitive septic system that requires gentle care to avoid unpleasant backups. Please help us keep it working by following these three rules:
âą Toilets: Only toilet paper belongs in the loo. Please do not flush wipes (even those labeled `flushable` are not septic-safe!), feminine hygiene products, or trash.
âą Kitchen: Please scrape all food waste, coffee grounds, and grease into the garbage can, never down the sink drain.
âą Laundry: Please only use the septic-safe detergent we have provided for you.
4. Your Private Acreage
You have 10 beautiful, fenced acres to enjoy! We ask that you stay within our fenceline to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their surrounding land.
5. Guests and Pets
To preserve our luxury finishes and keep the home allergen-free, we do not allow pets. Please ensure that only the guests listed on your booking reservation are on the property.
6. Gatherings
We want you to relax, but please note this is not a party house. Our occupancy is strictly capped at 8 people; exceeding this puts immediate, severe strain on the septic system.
