Guests also have access to the on-site restaurant, perfect for enjoying meals and drinks without leaving the complex. Additional amenities include walking paths, green areas, and on-site parking, all within a secure environment with 24/7 controlled access.

As part of the Playa Dorada gated community, guests also have access to the beach area inside the complex, scenic walking and biking paths, and the nearby plazas, restaurants, and the Playa Dorada Golf Course (fees may apply).

Getting around Playa Dorada is easy and convenient. The Green One complex is centrally located within the gated community, making most places accessible by walking, biking, or a short drive.

The beach, restaurants, shops, and golf course are all within the Playa Dorada complex and can be reached on foot or by bicycle.

Taxis and ride-share services (InDriver, Uber) are readily available at the entrance of the complex.

Renting a car is recommended if you plan to explore Puerto Plata, Sosúa, Cabarete, or nearby attractions.

Free parking is available within Green One for guests.

Public transportation (guaguas) passes outside the Playa Dorada gate for easy, low-cost travel to town.

Whether walking to the beach or exploring the North Coast, everything is conveniently accessible.

Playa Dorada is a secure gated community, and all guests must provide their identifications in advance for entry authorization.

Upon arrival, guests will receive bracelets required by the Playa Dorada complex. These must be worn at all times while inside the community for identification and access control. Loss of a bracelet may incur a replacement fee.

The Green One Club pool and restaurant have operating hours that may vary by season.

Access to the Playa Dorada beach area is available through designated entry points within the complex.

The golf course, beach clubs, water sports, and certain activities may require additional fees.

Quiet hours are observed at night to maintain the peaceful, resort-style environment.

Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted in the condo or common areas to ensure a comfortable stay for all residents.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the following house and community rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

No Parties or Events: Parties, loud gatherings, or filming are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to maintain the peaceful environment of Green One and Playa Dorada.

👤 Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to access the Condominium.
Visitors are not allowed.
Occupancy limit: Maximum 6 guests.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any area of the apartment.

⚡ Energy Conservation
Please turn off lights, AC units, and appliances when leaving the condo.
This helps protect the environment and maintain responsible energy use.

🧺 Towels & Linens
Any stained, excessively dirty, or damaged towels/linens may incur a replacement fee.
Please avoid using white towels for makeup, sunscreen, or floor cleaning.

🏊 Amenities & Community Rules
Guests must comply with all Green One and Playa Dorada residential regulations, including pool rules, parking rules, and wearing the required community bracelets at all times.
Glass containers and food are not allowed in pool area.

🔑 Keys, Access Cards & Bracelets
Lost keys, access cards, or Playa Dorada bracelets carry a replacement fee each.

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged.

🏡 Care of the Property
Please keep the unit in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Heavy furniture should not be moved.

💰Extra fees:
There is an extra fee of $300 Dominican Pesos per person paid in cash during check. This will alow you to access the Beach Club and other areas of the complex.
